It's a truth. A fact? Maybe. Maybe not.
We are looking for our other half in others
we think have the potential to be our other
half.
We want them to be. We look for what we
wish our other half would have in others.
And if we find out they are not what we
hoped for, what we thought they'd be, we
just close our eyes. We do anything to reverse
that. Ignore it, reject it, deny it.
Yet, sooner or later we have to face it.
We either move on, to the next potential other
half, or we accept people as they are.
